How to cook vegetable Maggie?

Vegetable Maggie Noodles is one of the delicious and nutrition dishes that can generally be taken in breakfast or also in snacks. This dish considered to be as a very light dish that will almost take 15-20 minutes. So, keep patience and start cooking by following the certain tips.


  • Things and item you need while preparing this appetizing dish such as:
  • Maggie noodles- 2 packets
  • 1 onion – finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes – finely chopped
  • 1 big potato – finely chopped
  • 1 Capsicum – finely chopped
  • Peas- 100 grams
  • 3 Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • Vinegar -2 tbs
  • Tomato Sauce- 2 tbs
  • Soya Sauce- 2 tbs
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp – finely chopped
  • Water- 1-cup
  • Salt- according to your taste
  • Oil 4tbs


  • Heat the oil in a wok or pan
  • Fry onion until it turns transparent or pink in color.
  • Add green chilies, Peas capsicum, tomato and potatoes and cooked for 3 seconds.
  • Add little amount of water, and salt. So that your vegetable will cooked properly.
  • Break the Maggie noodle cake into small bits and mix into the cooked and keep stirring for about 2 minutes.
  • Then, empty out the balance curry powder mix into the noodle mixture.
  • Add tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and water and mix well.
  • Cover the wok and let the noodles cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Remove cover and stir for few more minutes.
  • Remove it from the flame.
  • Garnish with spring onions and Coriander leaves.
  • Vegetable Maggie noodles ready to serve.
  • Serve it in a Bowl along with tomato Sauce.
