Resep Rendang Nangka
 
In addition to being cooked for gudeg, jackfruit can also be cooked with rendang seasoning.

Materials:

  • young jackfruit 1.5 kg
  • cooking oil
  • coconut milk 2 liters of 3 coconut
  • water 2 liters

Seasonings smoothed:

  • shallots 15 grains
  • garlic 10 cloves
  • big red chillies 150 gr
  • curly red chillies 100 gr
  • turmeric 4 cm, burned
  • galangal 5 cm
  • ginger 3 cm, burned
  • coriander 1 tablespoon
  • pecans 4 grains
  • nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon
  • cumin 1 teaspoon, roasted
  • fine salt 3 teaspoons

Other seasonings:

  • citrus leaves purut 4 sheets
  • turmeric leaves 3 sheets, knotted
  • lemongrass leaves 3 stems, dissewed
  • kandis acid / gelugur 2 cm

Instructions:

  1. Cut into pieces young jackfruit according to the desired size and boiled until tender. Lift when you're done
  2. Heat oil, sauté all seasonings until fragrant. Pour the coconut milk, then cook until boiling and thick.
  3. Stir in the boiled jackfruit meat. Cook while stirring until the seasoning is infused, the coconut milk cooks dry. Done, serve.
