Chinese noodles are one of the essential cuisines that are available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. However, Chinese noodles vary according to their region of production, width or shape, ingredients, and even the manner of preparation. Now let us discuss how to make Chinese noodles at home.

Ingredients :
  • ½ lb Chinese noodles
  • 5 Shrimps
  • ¼ lb Beef
  • ¼ lb Chicken Breast
  • 1/8 lb Bean Sprouts
  • 1/8 lb Cabbage
  • 1-2 Onions, sliced
  • Salt
  • Chicken Stock (cut in small pieces)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Corn Oil
  • Pepper
  • Cooking Pot and wok
  • Water

Methods :
  1. Take water into a cooking pot and boil it.
  2. Once the water starts boiling, add noodles to it and let it cook until their white center just disappears.
  3. Next, drain water from the noodles and mix ¼ tablespoon and set them aside for later use
  4. Place all the shrimp mixture and mix them properly with a starch.
  5. Then, Take a clean wok and add a small amount of corn oil to it.
  6. Turn on the heat and let its temperature reach around 170oF.
  7. Put the chicken shrimp mixture in it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove and set aside for later use.
  9. Now, put sliced onions in a wok and cook them for 2 minutes.
  10. Add cabbage to it and cook for a minute.
  11. Finally, add the cooked noodles to the wok.
  12. Mix in soy sauce, salt, and chicken stock and stir them well.
  13. Add shrimp-mixture to the noodles and cook for another minute.
  14. Finally, add bean sprouts and pepper to the wok and cook for 30 seconds.
  15. Turn off the heat; place the noodles on a plate.
  16. Chinese Noodles is ready to serve.
