Chicken Soup recipe very delicious to serve in snacks

Ingredients :

  • One whole chicken
  • 1-gallon water (enough to cover chicken)
  • 1 onion cut in quarters
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch of ginger root shredded
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 4 large carrots cut in one-inch slices
  • 2 stalks celery cut in one-inch slices
  • 1 can baby corn

Method :

  1. First, combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and water in a large stockpot and bring them to a boil. Well, you can also use crock-pot but it tells more time to cook as compared to stockpot.
  2. After that, if feel that they start boiling then, simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour for skimming off oil and fat as needed.
  3. You can also test chicken with a fork to determine when it is tender and fully cooked.
  4. Next, remove the chicken and shred it, removing fat, bones, skin, and gristle.
  5. Then, strain chicken broth.
  6. Next, add vegetables and chicken to chicken broth and bring them to a boil,
  7. After that reduce the heat to simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  8. Well, Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
  9. Serve chicken soup hot with black pepper powder and cream!
